Our Service


The Design of Peptide libraries has never been easier. The DeShPet application utilizes NSGA-II genetic algorithm to search through the peptide chemical space and provide you with a plethora of solutions.

Our algorithm supports the design of Short peptides of lengths up to 15 that may consist of 20 natural amino acids. Using their single letter codes (R, H, K, D, E, S, T, N, Q, C, G, P, A, V, I, L, M, F, Y, W) and the colon symbol ':' to separate their positions within a sequence, you may customize your peptide library and optimize it to become focused and maximally diversified.
